Bring your towels & things. It’s a simple stay.

The stay was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool! The location is quite far from public transport and from Albert Heijn, so that wasn’t very fun.

There was no 24 hrs reception No cleaning for the rooms although we stayed for 6 night The cleaning kits was provided one time during the check in due to that we were forced to purchase the trash bages, dish washing machine soup...etc

The grounds are gorgeous and the pool and little playground was perfect for our 3.5 year old. The restaurant has lovely staff and nice to have a cold drink right next to the playground. But the food was pretty awful. The accommodation all have kitchens so we are at home after the first meal.

Was supposed to stay for 3 nights. I moved to another hotel after the first night. Arrived in the property and it was literally cooking inside. No A/C (I should have double checked the amenities). You’ll literally have to wait for sunset to cool of the property by opening all the windows (so many bugs going in by the way). By then it will already be 11 at night. Worst, no towels! Again, maybe I didn’t double check the amenities. But this is a basic need that should have been provided. Overall, place is nice but the important elements of comfort are missing.

We visited for a family reunion. It's a no frills hotel where you have to pay extra for AC. It caters more to families of 4. We either had to take a cabin of 6 or book another cabin to accommodate our family of 5 even thought there was the cabin was pretty big with ample space on the living room couch.

The property we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was brand new and very modern. My only issue is that towels are not provided which seems strange for such an upmarket property. It is a fabulous place for visits to Amsterdam but without having to stay in the busy centre. We drove to Halfweg train station and left the car there, parking was free. When we return to the area we will stay there again.

We loved the property. The idea of having a tiny house in an area with lots of amenities was great for our family. We had everything that we needed. We did have some difficulty with the restaurant and dinner service. They closed before the posted hours, but we were able to get carry out. The only suggestion that we have for the resort is to have a shuttle service to central Amsterdam, or to the train station would be great. Having a car would have been a good idea for us. We thought the train station was closer than it was. Other than that, the property and unit were fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

The bungalow was pretty and had its own little garden and view over the water. Inside the house had almost everything. Negative: we endured two nights cold temperatures as the central heating was not working. Two days in a row came technicians trying to solve it. When I complained at the reception, there were other three people having the same issue in other bungalows so it seems that nobody is actually checking that the infrastructure is in order So apart of two cold nights and rainy days with no heating everything else was in order.

The cottages are nice, spacious and well equipped, virtually all have waterfront views and parking outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, with swimming pool and a small gym, alongside a small shop and "crazy fries" takeaway. It's 5 minutes drive to the nearest train station which is 2 stops to Amsterdam Central. Issues are we were arriving later, after reception closed at 5pm and the key access instructions email came very late (by 4pm UK time we still didn't have them), so this was stressful. The other big issue is location, unless you like plane spotting! It's on the final approach to Schiphol, so there are constant jets low overhead, wheels down - it stops around 10pm but is constant through the day which is really disruptive. It's a shame as without this it would have been perfect. Probably wouldn't stay again because of the noise, unfortunately.

Sehr enttäuschend. In der Unterkunft gab es zahlreiche Mängel: Schimmel im Bad, Riss in der Scheibe im Wohnzimmer, Wasser im Wohnraum, aufgequollener Boden, defektes Eisfach, Wasser das sich durch das geschlossene Fenster am Spülbecken gedrückt har, schmutziges Geschirr und insgesamt schlechter Service an der Rezeption. Drei Tage lang habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten – erst nachdem sich der Expedia-Kundendienst eingeschaltet hat, wurde ich überhaupt angerufen. Da ich auf einem Event war, das zeitgleich mit den Öffnungszeiten lag, konnte ich nur schreiben – aber auch darauf kam keine Reaktion. Ich musste drei Tage lang woanders duschen. Eine Erstattung der Reinigungspauschale ist bei diesen Zuständen absolut unzureichend. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine Zumutung, unprofessionell und sehr ärgerlich.

Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind schön. Es gab sehr viele Regeln, die man beachten musste. Beim Check in hat man eine Checkliste bekommen, was man darf, was nicht und was man beim Check out alles erledigt haben muss. Alles ein bisschen für Massenabfertigung gemacht.
