The place was dirty. The double bed which I had ordered was 2 single mattresses on 2 wooden box frames. Disappointing.

Horrible experience, there was no water to take a shower, no towels, all looked dirty... Not recommended at all.

Thank you for your review . Sorry for disturbing you but we have 24 hours water but there was a problem in the main line for water pressure and it takes one hour and we fixed it. Thanks for your feedback

Thoroughly comfortable stay
Leila was extremely helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed. The key strengths of the Jordan River Hotel are its warmth, hospitality and friendly staff! The room was clean and had the essentials available.

You are big liar as you brought girl from the street is working in prostitution and when we rejected and told you we will call police, she told you come with me I will manage place for us and she called one of her friends and you and she left together at midnight in the second night .so you slept one night and second night left at midnight because of broken rules of our culture. Go to hell

Disappointed, sheets not changed
The hotel is very well situated, near downtown Amman. I am disappointed of the property of the hotel. We stayed there two nights in two different rooms (two different reservations) and the sheets weren't changed, the bathroom wasn't clean as well. When I demanded to the owner very nicely if she could give me proper sheets, she reacted bad and told me that the sheets were changed. I showed to her the hairs on the pillow and only at that moment she gave me another pillow that took from another room. I don't want to speak bad for them, but I didn't appreciate to sleep on sheets used by others (despite the fact that the hotel wasn't expensive) and the reacted of the owner.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Proche du centre-ville, possible de s'y rendre à pied. Hotel assez vétuste. Confort minimum. Personnel sympathique.

Thanks for your review..please note We have heating in all rooms with private bathroom but rooms with shared bathroom no heating in it so next time if you need heating book room with private bathroom. Regards

騒音
道路側のシングルルームを使いました。窓を閉めているにも関わらず外の騒音がガンガン聞こえます。車の音だけならまだ良かったですが、道路工事があった日は全く眠れませんでした。

Het zin schatten van mensen, maar alles is heel oud, maar wel schoon! Ook het Engels is zeer summier. Maar je kunt voor de prijs die je betaald niet klagen!
