"The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"This property is a spacious and well-appointed home. I travelled with my family (wife, kids, grandkids) and we all loved the accommodations. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many of the attractions of WNY. The icing on the cake was the pool, deck, and outside areas. During a hot summer week, it was a smashing success and a great place to hang out and entertain in comfort. "

Lock on door did not work aswell. a pathological liar who called the police and accused us of having extra guests which was not true and lied and said he would honor a refund and did not. They advertise rooms they don’t have pictures are fake. Do not go here."
