"Yes. The only complaints that I have, and they are minor: 1.All pets are mandated to the second floor which could be somewhat inconvenient. Not all pets like elevators and there is a convenience to being on the first floor with pets. 2. And, that they do not advertise the extra one-time fee for pets. Outside of that, the place was great! Convenient location, nice employees. The woman who covers the breakfast area is the best!! So accommodating and attentive, not afraid to step in to help and clean messes… best of all, wore a smile and was pleasant every time I saw her 😊"

"We stayed at the Natural Bridge hotel seal years ago and enjoyed our stay. This time was such a disappointment that we will not go back again. The sheets were either dirty or stained. When i moved the night stand to plug my phone into the outlet, it was disgustingly dirty. The restaurant was a huge disappointment. The table had not been cleared yet from the previous patron, which was not a big deal until the server came over to clear it off. The server picked up the used glasses and then with her dirty hand from the used glasses picked up an unused glass and then put it back down on the table for us. Yuck! We had to ask her to replace it. I ordered shrimp tacos which came with 2 small shrimp in each taco, a barely a drizzle of some sort of sauce and a souffle cup with a relish for you to add to your tacos. Not worth the money. My spouse had wings and a salad. A couple of the wings were cold inside (not cooked to temp) and a small house salad. The drinks were inconsistent as well. It is a shame, the historic hotel is beautiful in structure but it is not being maintained for quality. "

"We only stayed one night so didn’t utilize amenities or interact with staff much. Good location, free parking. Grab & go breakfast was appropriately named: fruit, granola bars, yogurt etc. The most memorable thing about this hotel unfortunately was the bed and pillows. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It was like lying on a slab of cement. The pillows were just as bad, cheap foam that felt like stone after two minutes of lying on them. My husband and I agreed it was the worst night of sleep we could remember having. Time for this hotel to do some upgrades!"
