"The hotel was fine but in an industrial area,with nothing around. The hotel had no food or drink available till 7 PM so we took the shuttle back to the airport. There is a designated spot to pick up the shuttle. Trying to get back to the hotel at 8 PM, was a huge issue. We met another couple that were also trying to get a shuttle back to the hotel and we all waited over 40 minutes. We kept calling the hotel and kept being told “ it was on the way” ( hotel is 7 minutes away) but it never showed. Finally when we called my husband was on hold for over 20 minutes while the other couples call was never answered even after calling over 10 times. The taxi drivers wouldn’t take us cuz it was too close. Finally at 8:30 the hotel finally answered the phone and said someone was coming for us at the same time as we finally found a cab that would take us. When we got to the hotel, expecting to see the hotel busy, the reception area is completely empty with no staff manning the front desk. We rang the bell and two people come out. The other couple start mentioning the problems we’ve been having getting a shuttle and the lack of them answering their phone. Just then the shuttle driver comes in yelling at us that he was looking for us and we weren’t there. We told him we finally left because we’ve been waiting for 40 minutes! The hotel said at 8 o’clock they change shifts with the employees. Terrible service! Plus they charge you to take you to the airport in the morning. Don’t stay here!"
