Absolutely wonderful! Our room and terrace were stunning, immaculately clean, spacious and had every luxury we could wish for. The staff were all amazing; and the 5 euro breakfast is incredible value for money. We had fresh orange juice, coffee, bread, croissants and cake too!

Firstly the view from our Lake View Suite (room 311) was breathtaking 🙌. The location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars, ferries, supermarket (Carrefours) and the village centre. It is a 10 euro cab ride from the train station. Our room was massive with a comfortable bed with beautiful linen and toiletries provided. It had a kitchenette which was only really suitable for basic cooking or reheating, however there are a billion restaurants to eat at close by. Just be aware if you book via Expedia, they do not mention, there is a 70 euro charge for using the kitchen if you stay less than 5 days (never seen that before!). We raised this with them and they were happy to waive the cost as we stayed 4 nights. The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. It was a shame there wasn’t a coffee machine (unusual for Italy) or toaster in the room. However, all said and done, we highly recommend this gorgeous accommodation and will be back 🙏😊

We had the first floor suite or mini apartment with fridge (freezer box above it) microwave, kettle, full size dishwasher and sink. They kindly left us a bottle of red wine and biscuits and two bottles of water. We went to Conad supermarket which wasn’t far by car, we are driving. Or Carrefour express within walking distance in town. Many restaurants locally. Being British we don’t like to eat late. We can recommend Centrale as they were always busy and cooked all day. The view! WOW! We had a large covered terrace which was great in April as it did rain. We could still enjoy outside. Note you would not get the sun on room 106. Sun sets behind the hotel so I would go for a ground floor room with the grass area. Sun set last there. We did get noise from the breakfast room below us and anyone drinking at night. Superking size bed, lots of storage for clothes. Large double vanity bathroom and sofa bed in the lounge. Dining table and chairs also on the patio with two sun loungers. Honestly we struck lucky with this hotel. Short walk to ferry terminal to get to the islands. We did Isola Bella it was stunning. But don’t eat at the sandwich stall with yellow tablecloths. Hubby got food poisoning on our last day. He ate the hot dog, I didn’t so we know exactly what it was. Staff here are excellent, we did a load of laundry for 10€ so handy as we had run out of various items. Bed comfortable. We got a free parking space across the road under the trees. Loved this hotel
