"Breakfast was above average. Parking was $15. That is outrageous. Did not read all the paperwork when we reserved. If you do it at all out it in the price. I know it’s pure profit but think about the people who stay with you. Bad thinking. People remember. Also it was party time for the kids that were there. Loud slamming doors. Beating on the door to get someone’s attention. I heard them up to 2:45 AM. They should have been thrown out with no refund. I’ll probably stay there but if I stay awake because of a them. I will expect a refund. So kick them out for the people who are not there to party. "

"The house was clean, parts of it were nicely updated and all three beds were so comfortable!! Including the pillows. Easy walk to the beach, host was very responsive, and this location is so convenient. Definitely recommend!"

"Hotel is beautiful, but way overbooked could not get a reservation at any of the restaurants in pool area was super crowded Room and view are beautiful Staff at front desk was rude asked for late checkout, and then was locked out of our room would not go back"

"Communication and check-in process was seamless. No issues. Overall cleanliness and maintaince of the property was poor. Bed linens were dirty. Some of the linens were stained. Three of the four Mattresses have been severely degraded overtime. Pool needs to be resurfaced. Jacuzzi was so dirty we wouldn’t even attempt to utilize it. Decking around the pool needs resurfacing and power washing. Thankfully, we didn’t pay the 700 they requested to heat the pool/jacuzzi since they were non-usable. Yard brush is overgrown. Windows were so dirty there is what appears to be a thick film over it that impedes view. Overall assessment: disappointing for the price charged. "

"Location was great, balcony and views were amazing! Condo was very clean and well cared for, with premium linens-soft, thick towels, high quality bedding, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, starters of everything were there. The parking was easy and plentiful. Grounds were nice and well kept. Pools and private beach walkways were nice to have. And the owners left us a personal note and bottle of wine! "

"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."
