"This is an older hotel so one has to keep expectations reasonable. I did have a significant issue with the water temperature in the shower. I articulated the issue to the General Manager and she timely investigated my complaint and offered an appropriate credit. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is its best feature. The continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. "

Check out time was a 10, which is a little early considering most hotel check outs are at 11. Other than that, the house was clean, the beds were comfy, the neighbors were friendly, and check out instructions were simple. It was great location, close to everything that you need.
