"Little bit of a rough start, but we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Donna was great, and went above and beyond making us feel at home. If I had to be nitpicky, the instructions for unlocking the front door would be a little better. Also, there was a lag in getting in touch with the host as the app didn’t provide a 1-800 number that didn’t connect me to anything. Check out time was a 10, which is a little early considering most hotel check outs are at 11. Other than that, the house was clean, the beds were comfy, the neighbors were friendly, and check out instructions were simple. It was great location, close to everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. Hospitality was A"
