"Great location and very comfortable. Door code to access washer & dryer didn't work so we weren't able to access before departure to wash our beach towels etc. Staff were very quick to correct coffee maker issue upon arrival. All communication was prompt & staff we.t out of their way to make certain everything was right. Will use your company again for sure! One comment for the property owner, 3 spoons knives forks is not enough for even eating take out! A few more kitchen items would contribute to the stay! Overall a very nicely done apartment!"

"This beach house exceeded every expectation. A short path leads directly to a stunning beach, with chairs and umbrellas provided — a thoughtful touch that sets the tone for the entire experience.The modern open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly, easily accommodating large families. Bedrooms are modern and spacious, the upstairs suite was immaculate, and the entire home was spotlessly maintained. The backyard is beautifully designed with brick hardscaping and includes everything needed for a cookout, plus a sandbox the kids enjoyed daily. A private suite off the garage — with bedroom, shower, kitchenette, and laundry — is a remarkable bonus for added guests or family.There is daytime construction nearby, but it had absolutely zero impact on our stay. The property manager was outstanding — among the best we’ve ever worked with.Beautiful beach, great location and a beautiful home, flawless stay. A genuine 10 out of 10."

"Beautiful property, we absolutely loved our stay here. You can hear the waves while sleeping. We lived in the expansive front porch! At night you can walk down to the beach and have it to yourself. Definitely planning to return. Amelia Island is amazing. "

"The unit was great for our stay on Amelia Island. Loved the views from the balcony and enjoyed morning walks on the beach with our dog as well as very convenient to the walking trails. Very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The property management company was very responsive to questions we had before our stay. "

"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."
