"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."

"The views were directly on the ocean, so you can hear the ocean roar. All the beds were super comfy. The island is more neighborhood than tourist attraction. Walk to the ocean is about five minutes. Commutation was direct and quick. We will be back! "

"Everything was great, location was perfect, beach was fabulous. Would definitely book this place again. My only small complaint was the hand soap and shampoo provided. I forgot to pack my own and the ones supplied were less than par. I couldn’t get the soap and shampoo to produce suds. I didn’t feel clean. I would just suggest changing this if possible."

"Perfect accommodation for our stay. You can’t beat the view! Easy beach access and plenty of parking. The elevator made for easy 6th floor access. It’s nice to stay in a well stocked unit with so many extra comfort items. Close to restaurants and shopping but isolated enough to enjoy the quiet sounds of the ocean. We plan on returning in the future!"
