"We were very happy with the hotel and the staffs in the hotel until one old men appeared. This is family owned hotel, the old men is the father. He is very rude, when we ask question, he didn't listen and no patient to us at all. We had an argument with him in the morning after the breakfast. We didn't eat fruit after finishing the breakfast and just grab an apple to eat. We were walking out with eating the apple, he saw it and stopped us and said we had to eat the apple in the breakfast room, not take away. No hotel does this way at all!. It doesn't make sense at all. we need to rush out for our tour and eating while walking out can save us time, anything wrong??? Also my friend asked for a couple of napkin he said no......We told the son, he needs to send his father back to home for rest, not come to the hotel, he is damaging the business of the hotel. The son and other staffs are very nice, they upgraded one of our room to a large one, and gave us complimentary breakfast (probably same to everyone) and transfer down to the port of ferry. Thanks"

"The staff did a fantastic job. If you requested something in your room they were there to respond in 2-3 minutes.On arrival you get to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and sit out on one of their many patios overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. The room's were beautiful where a complimentary bottle of champagne await you . Breakfast was amazing-best hotel related breakfast we had ever experienced. Overall we rate this hotel excellent in all qualities!"

"Perfectly located outside of Positano in a quietly nestled town that gives you the absolute best views. this is due to the family business taking great pride. They were very responsive via Expedia message and WhatsApp and were able to help me book tours (Capri tour was very fun and well worth it), book taxis etc. the hotel is walking steps where you can catch a bus back and forth to Positano. Much less than a taxi and totally fine. The food in the hotel was great including the free breakfast( lots of baked sweet treats). They cleaned our room more than once a day and were so detailed. I had flowers and came back to them in a vase with water. They truly work to take care of every need. I would definitely recommend and come back."
