"We had a wonderful time here. Beds were comfy and air worked well in two rooms, but not the small one. We had our kids sleep in a room together because of this, but they are young so it was fine. Property care taker and host were very responsive when we couldnt figure out the stove. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Pool was clean. Had a great time playing in the river out back and even caught some very large prawns to add to our breakfast. Saw many birds, geckos, and an agoutis, which was cool. On our last morning we saw capuchins and most mornings could hear howlers. We also couldnt figure out the TVs, but really didnt phase us as we almost never watch TV while vacationing. Wifi worked great. Power went out once, but not unusual in Costa Rica and we were gone for most of the time, returning and without for maybe 15 minutes. Saw the lineman. Would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful and peaceful (and i felt like a disney princess in a fairytale castle, just with kids!) "

"Had a free weekend with the girlies during our month-long study abroad trip, and we could not have made a better choice than Tiki Villas!! The hotel staff, the view, the pool and spa services—absolutely no complaints from any of us. From the get go, we were treated so kindly; Nancy upgraded our hotel room when we arrived so we’d have more space, and the room was lovely. We had an indoor AND outdoor shower, and a balcony with a view of the ocean. It’s genuinely the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The restaurant staff were also so kind and patient considering we’re a group of girls who are fairly new to speaking Spanish, and they always met us halfway (or more) with communication! The food and drinks were always amazing. They gave me a bag of dry rice when my phone got soaked at Parque Nacional Marino Ballena, and I was so grateful. They went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and did not need anything. I definitely hope to return one day and stay for much longer. Two days was not enough. Tiki Villas has definitely been solidified as one of my best experiences in Costa Rica, and I genuinely don’t know how anywhere else I go will be able to top this place!"

"We traveled as a large group of 18 adults to CR for a week. This property is one of a kind to say the least! The home sits on a mountain with a spectacular views, and a pool situated perfectly!! The lay out of the property with the main house having 3 rooms, the guest house having 2 rooms and the individual bungalows fit our needs perfectly! We used 9 of the fantastic room’s available. The house was immaculate, very clean and well care for, they also provided all the amenities that you would need. They have house keepers, and gardeners to make sure everything is perfect. All the bed are super comfortable. Multiple washers and dryers.Large refrigerators in the main house and guesthouse with mini fridge in the bungalows.Overall PERFECT!!!The best part and what made our trip, was the absolutely incredible host Dominique and her very sweet sister Nichole. Dominique went above and beyond, not only did she accommodate all of our needs, (not to mention it was very last minute) she was also very helpful, informative and absolutely the sweetest person! She shared all of her favorite places with us, and even gave us detailed tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. Dominique is 20 out of 10 in our book and highly recommended. I really can’t say enough about this property and the amazing host. "

"This property is gorgeous! The house was great for family of 6 with lots of room and we love the large sliding doors so that we could feel like we were always outdoors. The house was very clean and the property manager was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the area.We loved the animal life and jungle all around, especially Rosie the resident sloth. We would love to come back.(A 4x4 vehicle is essential for getting to the property)"
