"Amazing hotel! The only hiccup we had was at check in.. there was a “problem in the system” where another group checked in at the same time we did. They originally gave us the room we paid for.. but then another group complained too much so they made us switch rooms. We were kind and quiet while they were mean and loud. I don’t blame the staff.. but they ended up making us stay in a room with one bed with an “extra bed”.. my parents slept on an incredible bed.. but I slept on an old rusty bed with a tiny matress on top. I normally wouldn’t care, but based on booking early through this app, I think it’s important to let yall know you may not get the room you’re paying for. The staff was great and gave a free bottle of wine and some chocolate… but it really all depends on your wants and needs. The staff was incredible and the way the handled the crisis was unfavorable to us, but better for someone else. I would love to give this five stars because they were so nice and great to us.. but unfortunately they didn’t give us the room we paid for, so I can’t."
