"Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one. My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks. Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend."

"Property is in great location. Staff is friendly. Breakfast needs an upgrade, maybe add an omelette bar since the scrambled eggs were less than desirable, watery and runny daily. Room was ok, but the lighting in bathroom was terrible, specifically for my wife and doing make-up and hair. Also, there’s no electrical plugs in the bathroom except for ‘shavers’? Is this the 1980’s? Had to buy an extension cord so she could do her hair in the room next to the full length mirror!? The bar is also in need of an update, 1990’s furniture and a projection TV? The one good bartender, red haired young man was great, give him a pay increase. The rest of the staff needs upgrade, twice they had to look in a bar boom to make an ‘old fashion’ ? I stayed here back in 2012-2014…I won’t be back to this hotel unless they make a few upgrades."

"A less than five star for this stay as I had a silly runaround to get a receipt for my stay and the wrong card was charged. When you book ‘pay at property’, beware because what this actually means is that they charge the card used to guarantee the room automatically, on the day of arrival, so you do not have the opportunity to pay at the property with a different card if you chose to do so, nor to arrange an emailed invoice. Should be a much simpler process and less hassle for guests. It’s slightly putting me off staying again, to be honest."

"Excellent staff and fabulous breakfast ^_^ However, the room was not well maintained - worn, broken, untidy fixtures, loose plumbing, water from shower all over the floor and out to the room area. They tried to offer another room, but it was just as disappointing. Way over priced for the condition of the room."
