What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, always with a gracious smile. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mara and Stephany from reception; Lidia and Maria from housekeeping; and Marina and Antonella from the breakfast buffet for their help with everything we needed, as well as for their kindness and warmth.
