Nice clean basic rooms. Beautiful views. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast with nice options. Beautiful views. Dining room for dinner. Food for dinner was not very good. I did not like that smoking is allowed on balconies in the rooms. Smoke kept coming into the room and since this property does not have a/c it was not pleasant.

Good stay for a few nights

Good stay for a few nights with comfortable beds. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the water running and neighbours talking next door. The views of the mountains from the balcony are amazing, so worth the noise from next door. The breakfast staff was hit or miss - one very rude, impatient woman one day lecturing us for arriving at 9:20, a quiet, friendly one the next day. Self check-in worked well, as we arrived later and the reception was closed.

Fácil de estacionarse , buena vista de la habitación aunque el servicio del restaurante es pésima tuve una mala experiencia con una mesera de cabello corto rubia que nos gritó a mí y mi pareja en el restaurante por sentarnos en una mesa equivocada. No tiene tacto al cliente , no tiene gusto por servir ! Debería ir a su casa ! Se me quitó el hambre y las ganas de volver a ese hotel . Mejor elige otro lugar para hospedarte.

I give this place five star because of the location and The view. You would be facing an outstanding view of mountains and a lake in front of the property. To me this was most valuable part of this stay. The furniture furniture was dated but usable overall somewhat comfortable. We arrived very late and the staff was very nice to accommodated us. they checked us in even though they mentioned that the latest time to check in is 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was included which was great. We enjoyed having breakfast next to the lake and the mountain. You need to be aware that this place is not non-smoking. Our neighbor was a heavy smoker and we were getting somewhat irritated by that. You also need to be aware of mosquitoes since this place does not have air conditioning you end up leaving the doors and windows open in the summer so mosquitoes will have a good delicious dinner. Overall I was pretty happy with this day I will definitely come back.
