"This property was exactly as described and matched the photos. While the description mentions road access, any vehicle can safely make it to the property in the summer months. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and the hot tub worked perfectly. The mountain views were even better than expected.You may notice a few spiders or cobwebs, which is to be expected in a mountain setting. Amenities aren’t nearby, so it’s best to come prepared. The hosts provided firewood and a propane grill, which was a thoughtful touch. WiFi was strong and reliable—great for working remotely.The cabin comfortably accommodated our group of nine for a bachelor trip, making for a memorable stay. Overall, this was a great value and I would recommend it to friends and family. One of my guests even mentioned they would rent the cabin again themselves. "

"I had my fiance and a few of our friends for my 30th birthday on July 4th weekend. The place was beautiful, and was extremely clean when we got there. The property is secluded, and perfect for our dog. She got to run around and loved it so so so much. The location is amazing as well. Quiet, peaceful, and still close to things we went white water rafting in Buena Vista, dinner in Breckenridge, and fireworks in FairPlay. The garage at the home has ping pong, darts, and basketball. The hot tub was clean and ready for us. The beds in the home were clean and super comfy too!! All 6 of us had an amazing time, and they were all shocked when we pulled in at how nice the place was. They also let us check in early, which was actually a massive help considering there was a storm going on early that day, preventing us from doing our hike. Super responsive and helpful. Really want to come back here at some point. Would recommend for literally any group of people. I’ve stayed in tons of rentals, and this was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you so much for everything!!!! "

"Our family came together from three different states to gather in this wonderful home! The pond is literally at your doorstep and we spent hours fishing, canoeing and just sitting in chairs catching up by the pond. The house itself was well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal, grill out and the hot tub was great for the cooler nights! It was a fantastic getaway. We loved our stay!"

"Communication with host was excellent and he answered every question we had from recommendations and more in a timely manner. We arrived late/early in the morning and they made sure the lights were on for us when we arrived. House had all necessities for a care free vacation. Perfect getaway and close to Breck! "The place is very spacious and comfortable, with 5 bedrooms, including one in the basement. The location is excellent, just 30 minutes from Breck, and there’s a supermarket nearby. However, the water heater doesn’t provide enough hot water for a 5-bedroom house, and some areas were quite dirty. There are too many items in the house, and many of them are not clean. It would be better to remove the extra items rather than keeping things that aren’t properly maintained."

"I cannot express how perfect this property is. We had plenty of room for 9 adults, 1 toddler, and a baby. Our entire crew agreed this is the best rental we've ever stayed at and we're already planning our trip back. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for cooking. The hot tub and the comfy robes in each room make taking a dip or doing the Polar Plunge a highlight. Not to mention the views are spectacular during the day and at night. We unexpectedly arrived during a Winter storm, but the communication and timely response from the owner made getting into the property/driveway a breeze. I cannot thank the owners enough for letting us stay and enjoy their little slice of mountain heaven."
