"This place is very pet friendly with a fenced yard and no carpet. Most of FairPlay’s restaurants are within 5 blocks. Easy walking. Cohen Park for kids is about 4 blocks away. The king bedroom downstairs is private and quiet. Having laundry facilities is a big plus!"
