"What was supposed to be a weekend stay turned into a week stay. The staff members are amazing. When I extended my stay they had no issues accommodating me and my family. The property is clean, quiet, and updated. Beds are super comfy. AND Did I mention HAPPY HOUR EVERY DAY ( PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK FOR CHAD) lol. I could go on and on. Definitely will be staying here again. "

"Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

"This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful. "

"Have stayed her before. Property is nice with a great location. The unit was clean unless you opened the utility closet. The dust was ridiculous and the air filter had not been changed in months! Elevator was out of service on the South side so getting to the room was a pretty long walk. Nice Pool area and Cafe."
