"Rooms are spacious and they were clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Lobby was nice and allowed our group to get together every night and just relax and enjoy. It is perfectly situated, walking distance to lots of good restaurants and must see places. Employees at the front desk are exceptional, I am sorry that never catch your names but Thank you for making us feel welcomed. We had 23 between kids and adults and they treated all of us in a magnificent way. Jola, the restaurant that is next to the lobby its pretty good and prices are great. We will definitely come back here."

"The staff at as extremely welcoming and informative upon arrival. The location is absolutely fantastic and very walkable, even in February. Two blocks from Boston Public Library and less than a block from the Pru. Can’t wait to book again, my favorite Boston stay so far. "

The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere.
