Although our hostel was completely full and we didn't have a room with more capacity available, we did our best to help you. We added an extra bed and also included free breakfast during your stay to compensate for any inconvenience.We hope that, despite the difficulties you faced, you enjoyed your stay at our hostel. Zweitens ist die Sauberkeit einer der Punkte, auf die unsere Kunden am meisten Wert legen, was ebenfalls nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.Und schließlich glauben wir, dass Sie uns diese Bewertung gegeben haben, weil Sie gebucht haben, ohne zu wissen, dass die Herberge über Gemeinschaftsbäder verfügt, obwohl dies in der Zimmerbeschreibung klar angegeben ist. Wir verstehen, dass Sie Unterkünfte mit eigenem Bad bevorzugen, aber es ist nicht unsere Schuld, dass Sie nicht wissen, was Sie buchen.Sie haben den Service eines Hotels zum gleichen Preis wie in einer Jugendherberge erwartet. Nous ne comprenons pas ce que vous entendez par odeur désagréable car les chambres sont nettoyées à fond tous les jours, la propreté est essentielle pour nous et nous travaillons très dur pour que le client soit satisfait à cet égard. En ce qui concerne l'insonorisation de la salle, nous ne pouvons pas l'évaluer mais nous promettons de réaliser une étude approfondie.Meilleures salutations.
