"Everything about the property itself, the staff, the food, the room was exquisite. The only negative was the constant upselling - at arrival, at dinner, in the mornings, for excursions, and even right before checkout. It upset the relaxing atmosphere to constantly to be prepared to repel a pitch. "

"The resort is big and has lots to offer, but the condition of the rooms are really bad. We had initially booked a room at the sunrise resort which had a horrific room. Stains on the walls, furniture, countertops and even towels. We paid another 1600usd to upgrade to the grand which was supposed to have nicers rooms, but it was literally the same condition, just much bigger since we upgraded to the governor suite since thats all they claimed was available. Its a nice resort, good amount of activities and restaurants with kind staff. But the rooms are trash. Room service also took 1-2 hours to deliver anything from toiletries to food and this was slow season for them. "

"Had a wonderful time, only one minor issue with the shower wand not being able to switch from the overhead shower head. I have started at this resort several times over the years and have always been very pleased."

"Only thing half decent at the hotel was the activities by the pool. Food/Drinks extremely over priced. Absolutely appalled by the service from the check in staff. On our honeymoon was advised all room types were available but with a hefty charge. Would not stay again. We changed rooms twice due to noise and even then we only had a room change after convincing the concierge staff to speak to the front desk for us as they would not help us at all. "
