Never tried restaurant as it was even booked for some event or just closed. Downstairs pub was good, though. Overall: great option in very good location actually. "

"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport.
