Hotel situated in the "old" town Astana ( not the new Astana build 1998 dibvided by the river ) as it was at 500lm from my meetings it was ok nice swimming pool and sauna by the way

Отель хорошо отремонтирован. Везде чистота.Номер очень просторный, полностью укомплектован. Завтраки хорошие. Район не самый центральный, но до делового центра можно добраться за 10-15 минут. Персонал вежливый.

Godt hotel i Astana

Fint indrettet hotel. Roligt. Rent. Pool, motionscenter så fine ud. Restaurant var rigtig god. Morgenmad udmærket/rigtig god Hotellet ligger lidt (50 min gang) uden for centrum. Udmærket vej /fortov at gå på hele vejen. (Taxa er også en billig mulighed) Fint standard hotel. Hjælpsomt personale. Vil gerne bruge hotellet igen.

Понравился ресторан Фергана. Понравилась вежливая отношение персонала. Есть хорошие залы для проведения конференций. Отличный бассейн с сауной и джакузи. Не очень понравилось место расположения отеля. Отель находится далековато от центра города, приходилось пользоваться такси для деловых встреч в центре.

Excellent staff and great value

Only stayed one night but arrived very early in morning on first day. Staff were extremely accomodating and you can pay a little extra for an early Check in. Excellent room, modern, clean and well equipped. Only praise for the staff and their hotel. Thanks

Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal und sehr gutem Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind gross und bequem. Das das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Gehdistanz.

Great hotel bit of a dodgy location.

Just a quick stop over. It was a pleasure to have such excellent receptionists with very good English and all other staff in the hotel were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. It was hard to find and we did drive around for quite a while looking for it and the neighbourhood behind the hotel is not very nice certainly NO evening or even afternoon strolls

The hotel itself is quite nice,food in restaurant is not that good but breakfast is OK. The massage in the spa is very good, one of the best I had. neighborhood is very bad but there is a small shopping center quite close

Квест "Найди замену"

После подтверждения бронирования сотрудники отеля связались со мной, чтобы уточнить во сколько мы приезжаем. Дважды отправила им письмо с подтверждением поездки, временем прибытия (планировали заехать в 5:00). В итоге, когда мы приехали в этом отеле оказалось всего 2 стандартных номера с двуспальными кроватями (это на 4 человек-коллег по работе!). Естественно, мы отказались от проживания, а девочка за стойкой администрации принялась плакать, причитая, что ничего сделать не в состоянии. Я, конечно, понимаю, это неприятно, но уж не стоило настолько усугублять ситуацию своими слезами. После окончания этого "концерта", нам было предложено поискать ближайший отель (в 5 утра!), который совершенно не соответствовал нашим представлениям о нормальном отеле. Возникает вопрос, почему в таком отеле не могут элементарно наладить схему заселения номеров, чтобы не было таких накладок. Впечатления о поездке были безнадежно испорчены.
