I had to be by the Court in the a.m. it worked out perfectly. Everything is close by if not there's a main transportation hub right around the corner. I had been to a few other hotels and had problems. So. I couldn't chance having any issues. Clean, no worries, and hastle free.

The hotel is very nice, but there is not much to do in the area. The hotel restaurant is not open for dinner, but there is a limited menu in the bar. Overall, the hotel and service is very nice with evening music in the bar/lobby area. All of the staff are great, but, kind of a run down downtown area across from the courthouse with a fair number of homeless people wandering the area and asking for money. We never felt unsafe, but we also didnt venture out after dark either. There are things to do within a short drive, but not much if you're wanting to walk. Overall, we would stay again, but only if we had a car or Uber available.

This is a beautiful hotel and the service is impeccable. We arrived early (11AM for a 4PM check in) and they were gracious enough to get us a room immediately

Front desk was not helpful, not informative. Neighboring area was surrounded by houses with barbed wire. No one ever answered the phones. All communication was by text only. The valet and food service gentlemen were excellent.

Property was nice, except rooms could’ve been cleaner. First room I given smelt terrible!! Second room was decent. The staff was amazing. Huge shoutout to Andy and Chris!! The girls at the front desk were great too.

Nice walking didyance to Convention Center. Staff was responsive to any concerns raised and fixed them. Had the peep hole on the door to our room that had been installed backwards, and was a safety concern. The staff there got on it right away and fixed the peep hole issue.

We came here for our son's taekwondo tournament. This venue is so conveniently located next to tge convention center. The rooms are clean, and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will return for sure.

The staff were very kind. The area can be sketchy at moments but in the evenings the they have door men that make you feel very safe. They kept things tidy and often checked in on me. Loved my stay

We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel.

This was very convenient to the conference center and the actual room was clean, non - odorous and well kept. Room service was prompt. Overall, I would return to this hotel should I ever come to Albuquerque again.

We love staying at The Clyde. The property is classy and always clean and well-maintained. I was worried when it was no longer a Hyatt hotel but it hasn’t missed a beat. It's the nicest hotel in Albuquerque.
