"Overall we gave a 4 out of 5. 1. Room - On the first evening, our superior room air condition/AC was not working and we had ants in the room. We spent few hrs trying to get this issue sorted and then the duty manager Elia gave us an upgrade to a club room. The views from our previous room were spectacular, the club room view was not that good and we could see the large metal roof of from our balcony. We accepted this, as the hotel was full. "The place was clean and very spacious! Our unit had 3.5 bathrooms, which was great for the 5 of us. We had our own pool and they gave us beach/pool towels. The resort/complex is beautiful and everything is new and contemporary. I'd definitely stay there again."
