"Excellent, family owned hotel that deserves an official 4 star (not 3 star ) classification. Rooms and beds are modern with Rituals shower gels and soaps. Beds were comfortable. Aircon was very good Restaurant deserves praise. Excellent quality and value (better than some restaurants in the city) Small complaint- gym- no towels provided. Cross trainer would be a welcome addition. To charge for the small jacuzzi is laughable why not just let people use it for free or remove and make the gym bigger Would definitely stay here again"

HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."
