Friendly staff and made allowance for our dog. Given seperate area to eat with dog which made life so much more pleasant. This treatment made a huge difference to our stay. VFM

An inexpensive option with a pool and free parking. It's not the fanciest, but the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room was spacious.

The building is a little outdated, but very well kept and very clean. Location is great. The pool is nice especially in absence of beach near by. The staff is very accommodating. I didn't like my room in a beginning, but got upgraded promptly with no extra charge.

The whole place needs a total revamp! Run down and scruffy. The pool and pool area is filthy. Shower barely worked. Bathroom was mouldy and depressing. Sheets and room was clean but very run down. Breakfast acceptable but not good. Staff were friendly.

Check in was a little bit chaotic. there was nobody at the desk and we had to wait 15 min for somebody to appear. Then he didn't know if the online booking we had made did work, he said something about problems, maybe there was no free room in reality.. in the end everything worked out, but this is not good service. in the restaurant of the hotel, service was the opposite: excellent and very friendly.

Dated, tacky, old and dirty!!! Terrible stay!

The room we stayed in was so old, dirty, and tacky that it felt like returning to a 70s nightmare run-down hotel - we got a grim dark room with damp and widow open onto a wall. I will never come back!

Don't book here unless you want to lose money!!!

I booked a reservation at this property and I called them the same day due to issues with the train being full and train cancellations. There have been protest across Europe that are causing issues with a trains, I called the hotels.com and they contacted the property to let them know I was not going to Make it to my reservation. And the company didn't refund my money. Even though I called the very same day that I booked the reservation and asked them for a refund, they kept my $125 that I paid for the one night. I would not recommend accommodations at this place because if they're by chance is an issue and you are not able to make it to the property they will not be accommodating or lenient in any way. I would highly not recommend booking at this place.

Simple but would stay again

Not fancy but clean. Perfect for one night (no kettle, no microwave, no fridge). Good beds. Overall somewhat run-down but everything works (including the AC). The one glitch was that a gentleman at the front desk was supposed to call me a taxi at 12:20 for 12:30 to get to the train station, but he forgot. At 12:35 I asked at the front desk (different gentleman) who said his colleague must have forgotten and placed a call. Luckily I was planning to be 30 min early for my train so the extra 15 min wait didn’t have a huge impact, but it stressed me out a bit.

A las 23:15h tuve que dejar la habitación y marcharme del hotel porque en una sala había organizada una fiesta (muy respetable) pero la gente entraba y salía y al abrir la puerta de esta sala, el ruido era todavía mayor. Si ya con la puerta cerrada era insoportable, cuando abrían la puerta, era más escandaloso. En esas condiciones era imposible descansar y permanecer en el hotel. Según la recepcionista me daba una habitación en la que ni a izquierda ni derecha había habitaciones que pudieran molestarme. Menos mal. Pero no dijo que estaba esta sala cercana a la habitación y que habría una fiesta. No volveré a reservar en este hotel.

Wie kann man eine Flüchtlingsunterkunft gleichzeitig als Hotel anbieten, ohne im Angebot deutlich darauf hinzuweisen? Für diese Unterkunft ist der geforderte Preis viel zu teuer. Im Eingang und im Treppenhaus könnte man noch sagen, das ist shabby chic, aber das Zimmer war mit das Übelste, was ich als Hotelzimmer gesehen hab: alles alt, verbraucht, ranzig und verschmutzt, die Wände verschmiert, die Möbel und Türen ramponiert und angeschlagen. Zumindest die Handtücher und die dürftige Bettwäsche waren sauber. Das Bad wurde schon mal "renoviert", aber es waren wohl die unfähigsten Handwerker, die man sich nur vorstellen kann, schade ums Material. Es war auch sehr laut in unserem Zimmer, man hörte viele Stimmen, es wurde geduscht, es lief wohl eine Waschmaschine, man hörte alles, nicht nur aus den Nebenzimmer, sondern aus dem ganzen Haus, und das die ganze Nacht. Das Personal, das wir angetroffen haben, würde ich als maximal unmotiviert und unfreundlich bezeichnen. Zum Glück hatten wir nicht mit Frühstück gebucht, nach einer Nacht in diesem Zimmer vergeht einem der Appetit. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden, der sah aber eher wie eine Mülldeponie aus. Ich kann nur jedem Interessenten abraten, buchen Sie nicht dieses "Hotel", lesen Sie die aktuellen Bewertungen, nicht die zuerst angezeigten.

Chambre ne correspondant pas du tout à la réservation… J’avais réservé une chambre avec balcon et me suis retrouvé avec une chambre en entresol avec fenêtre donnant sur 3 murs… les gens des étages supérieurs jetaient leurs mégots (voire urinaient) dans l’espace devant cette fenêtre…. L’hôtel n’a pas l’air d’apprécier les rėservations via hôtels.com. Même les migrants logés dans une autre aile avaient droit à une terrasse….

Sur le retour vers la France, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le bon rapport qualité prix qu'il représentait. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Personnel accueillant et parlant français, chambre confortable, sdb suffisante. Piscine accueillante ouverte jusqu'à 21h00 et petit déjeuner inclus très bien. À tel point que nous avons réservé pour notre prochaine halte en direction de l'Espagne. L'établissement n'est pas récent mais le charme opére.
