"Our visit to Longwood was rather sudden as my wife's 102 yo father came down with pneumonia and Covid-19 while in a rehab center, ended up in hospital ICU. We (wife, BIL, & SIL) were facing a lot of stress. There was an initial issue with the A/C, no one could have worked harder or faster than Dana to get it corrected, it was repaired within a day.As mentioned earlier we were under a great deal of stress, the home provided a fantastic respite from our problems and a fantastic place to recuperate. It is in a great neighborhood and an extremely relaxing setting. The screened porch overlooking the lake proved to be just the place we needed to relax over meals and hold discussions about what action to take next.I wish to thank Dana for all her consideration and kindnesses. We will be back in the Longwood area and hope the home will be available for our future visits. "
