"The property and room were very clean, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I experienced was noise coming from the unit above me at night, which sounded like a pet moving around. If it was indeed a guest with a pet, I would recommend assigning those rooms to lower levels to help minimize the disturbance for other guests."
