"Good location "

"I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"The house was perfect for our family. Our son and his family had the upstairs and we were downstairs. It was a perfect location to be near our other family. I never get tired of the view of the water so peaceful. We love the beach and can’t wait to come back again. "

"Place was Great, short walk to the gulf, Lagoon beach and the pool are perfect if you need a break from Gulf Beach.Very clean and communication with owner was great as well. Highly recommended."

"The beach house was wonderful and included so many extras that other homes do not provide on the beach. It was nice not having to pack all the beach toys, tent, etc for our trip and we used what was provided! The space was perfect for 3 families and walk to the beach was so close! "
