When you aren't walking the sandy shoreline of Bienville Beach, simply sit and soak up the radiant weather from the balcony.



Inside, the sun continues to flood in naturally. The living room's soft sofa and smart TV lend themselves to pleasant streaming sessions, whereas the updated kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.



Coastal mementos and cool air adorn each of the bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep each evening. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar amenities.

We spent a week birdwatching on Dauphine Island. It was wonderful to have such a comfortable home as home base after a long day of walking and hunting for bird sightings.

Cute Cabin Tucked Away

House was clean. Plenty of dishes/kitchenware. I enjoyed the colorful decor. Shared areas, kitchen and living room were not crowded. Loved the two porches. Not even 5 minutes from beach driving. Hit groceries and quick food needs before getting to the island.

If it’s not raining

Our stay was for 9 days. The house was spotlessly clean.It’s very comfortable with many ammenities, especially in the kitchen. A drawback is that there’s no interior dining table. The outdoor picnic table is good, as long as it’s not raining. The kitchen counter indoors seats only 2, so that’s a drawback.There was a huge, violent storm our fourth night that knocked out power and internet to the entire island.Power was restored quickly, but we were without internet for 5 days, although friends who live in another area there got theirs back after 24 hours (they have Xfinity).Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would recommend this home to other visitors.
