"I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints or anything negative to say! Keep up the good work Tru ill always be a return customer to a Tru somewhere in this big ole world. "The location of the home was just not somewhere my family felt comfortable staying. We had hoped to make an extra trip to Mobile to check it out before our vacation, but just did not have time. The home was clean and the lay out was appropriate for the 7 of us traveling. I recommend you do good research on the location before booking this home to make sure you would feel safe here to keep you from losing the entire cost of the stay. The contract clearly stated if we did not cancel prior to arrival there would be no refund. "

"House was comfortable but couldn't use the kitchen like we wanted not enough cooking pans, a lot of the dishes that were there were dirty and had to be rewashed ,check in process was rough. "
