"Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often.
The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods."
"Beach is beautiful but open till only 7.30. swimming pool was fantastic but little bit away from the hotel but facilities are top classic. The choices of restaurants were too many and the Hotel attached to the Abu Dhabi Mall offer a million choices more. It is located in centre of the city and well connected. Only the electrical points inside the rooms are 😣 uncomfortable. Otherwise top class facility. "
