A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Abu Dhabi.

Enjoyable extended stay. Was due to stay 3 nights but because of flight cancellation I stayed 6. The hotel was ideally located on the Corniche (lovely walks). 10 mins from the Central bus station by taxi with links to the airport and Dubai. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. 30 mins walk to the Dubai Mall. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. I ate breakfast in the hotel and it was very good with a wide selection of options. I also ate in the Chilli’s restaurant and the food was excellent. Definitely recommended. I used the swimming pool and gym each day and both were very good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Thank you.

The hotel served its purpose, could have been better. Also very windy on the pool level especially if dining outside due to private events inside the restaurant. Also position of the pool doesn't get too much sun during the day. Also some hotel website details don't match up to what they actually do in the hotel. ie: resturant open and close times

There wasn’t any view , Bcz whole window was blurry,I booked the room for sea view ,the whole time wasn’t any view ,can’t sleep all night Air conditioned wasn’t not working properly,The ac filter wasn’t clean ,they couldn’t figure out what was the wrong with Air conditioning,after 13 hours of staying,the mechanic came fixed ,it was to late to diagnose it.I want my money back . This is 3.5 stars hotell.

Far away from 5 stares hotel. Hotel is old, really used, old furniture and Hygiene is far away from 5 stars hotell. Security were friendly and nice pople. Location is good for exploring Abu Dhabi center and cornice. It is waking distance (20 min max.) with nice traffic flow all around, near the beutiful shpoing center The Mall.

Overall, it is excellent from pool, gym, breakfast, friendly and cleanliness. The only thing we don't like is the housekeeping is a bit lacking, next replenish tissue box, missing shower towel right after room make up and never provide it even after a call to remind them. Need to buck up on their service standard.

Because of the staff....

The staff work the best you could ask for, I would rate them 12 out of 10. Fulfill every dream. Try to fill everything. They prepared special dishes for me. 2 small things that prevent it from being 100: hot water in the shower :-(, and serving Pepsi :-) Other than that, a perfect hotel. Convenient location. A note to the HOTELS.com - although it says an upgrade to the rooms - this has never been implemented in any hotel....
