I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I've stayed at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island- and now don't understand why it's premium and so much more expensive. Rixos Marina has everything twice better with a sparkle to finish. The only thing I'd say is- Rixos Saadiyat is very quiet and has a wild sort of unspoiled beach- if that's what you after. Rixos Marina- is much busier and bustling with life.

A Terrible Experience at Rixos Abu Dhabi – Definit

I recently stayed at Rixos Abu Dhabi, and my experience was far below expectations. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my room was not ready at all – as clearly shown in the attached photos. After raising the issue, I was upgraded to a higher room category, and late check-out was approved. However, the room key was not activated for elevator access, which resulted in me being stuck in the elevator, going up and down aimlessly until I managed to return to the ground floor. Overall, this was a dreadful experience. The lack of coordination, poor service, and unprofessionalism are unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel – there are far better options in Abu Dhabi in terms of quality, comfort, and hospitality.

The hotel was really nice. Customer service was excellent. Bhupemder, who is part of housekeeping team was amazing and considerate and went over and beyond for us. The head chef at the Asian restaurant was amazing too, the staff at the restaurant knew it was our honeymoon and made our dinner so special. If you are looking for a chilled hotel to stay at - Highly recommend Rixos. There isn’t much around outside of the Marina Mall but I would stay there again and just explore and do trips but it doesn’t take away from the hotel stay which was absolutely lovely.

The staff were attentive and accomodating. The children enjoyed the kids club and nightly disco entertainment. The facilities were accessible and of a high standard. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Staff weren’t as attentive as other hotels we’ve stayed in, in the UAE. Food was average at best. Room had some defects you would expect in a hotel of 20 years old, not 2 years old. Good pools and beach. Beautiful foyer.
