"Completely disgusting arrived 15 minutes before check in at 2pm, began attempting to contact the property several calls with no answer and no response, eventually received a text at 1:56 pm telling me that check in was from 3pm when the agreed check in time was 2pm as advised and sent to me. Tried calling several times more getting hung up on each time again received a text asking where I was telling them I was down stairs waiting, tried calling again and again was hung up on, received another...
