If I could rate the service for the hotel a 10 I would.Nothing was to much trouble for the staff-everyone greets you with a hello and a smile and cant do enough for you.Front desk gave a complimentary upgrade and welcome drinks and an extended checkout was appreciated.My only criticism was the restaurants-WAY TO EXPENSIVE-A$35.00 for 2 coffees and an orange juice and the restaurants just made it to pricey to eat there which was sad.The adjoining shopping centre though had a supermarket bottle...

Clean, working lifts and plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance.

Great location next to Marina & all its facilities. Could see the palm in all it's glory ( on non-foggy days!!!) Short & cheap taxi ride to the beach & numerous malls & major sights . Hotel very comfortable for our family of 5 ( three kids - 13,11 & 9) Staff were incredibly helpful & accommodating with everything especially when our youngest was sick. Enjoyed the hotel pool - found it quiet most of the time ( although still masses of building work going on in Marina Jan 15 so not peaceful...

Had a great time at Hotel Bonnington! The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The location is great too, as there are some bars joined to the hotel (and cafes and restaurants), as well as a block of eateries and stores surrounding the hotel. The service of the staff was amazing, as I ordered bottles of water every day (you can't drink the tap water in Dubai), and they were more than accommodating. I thought the rooms were large and spacious. Amenities were good along with the restaurant and bar. Staff were accommodating to my needs when required.
