"Room is clean, a little bit outdated but comfy. The location is very convenient. Near Bus station and MRT. There is convenient store on the first floor of this hotel."
"I had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian Singapore. The hotel has a very stylish and contemporary design while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed with a great view, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay.
What really stood out was the service. The front desk team was professional, warm, and efficient from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to mention Shafikah at the front desk. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and made the check in process smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made a difference and left a lasting impression.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm yet vibrant, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Housekeeping was excellent and everything felt well managed and polished.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Mondrian Singapore to anyone looking for a stylish hotel with great service and thoughtful attention to guests."
