Thank you for your review. Our daughter, and her husband, have several vacation rentals. They insist our price is too low. I informed them that we charged for each additional guest over 2. They thought that was good but still not enough for all the amenities available. They are about to open 3 rentals in Geneva, OH vineyard area near the Lake Erie shore. If you are interested they may have it listed, since they plan to open in 2-3 weeks to their first guests. The Cork Cottages

Overall I was pleased with their stay. Cleaning the boat slip is pointless since the dredging has torn out vegetation that floats up the channel and a lot into the boat slip. I am wondering what to do about drawing water for lawn irrigation this summer. Half of the dock, the area where guests would board, was cleaned, stained and repaired. One issue, perhaps a result of trying to remain isolated from today's world, was recycling. We have a sign in the kitchen that requests guests recycle and there is a trash can for recyclables outside the kitchen door. A few guests are not very good at recycling. Amish recycling was non existent. Charcoal... as I mentioned to you there was charcoal in the kitchen broom closet (it is still there) and I would get more if needed. We also had a bag in the garage. Firewood...I guess we could raise the rental rate and provide it. Plenty of firewood for sale 1/4 mile away at reasonable prices. First complaint on firewood in 8 years of renting.
