The living room sofa had stains on the cushions, both bathroom toilet tissue holders were broke, the wall paper in the upstairs master bedroom was pealing, the floor throughout the house was not vacuumed, and the kitchen shelves appeared to have food crumbs on them. I communicated this to the individual assigned to my stay and the response was simply: "We didn't have a chance to get maintenence and upholstery cleaners in before your checkin". On Saturday...
