"The property overlooks the ocean- the views are gorgeous-but is only a 10 minute walk into town and to the beach. The town is wonderful! So many cute shops and restaurants, and the Whitsundays are unbelievable! We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit- it was huge, with an enormous balcony-and it was beautiful. The pools were terrific, too! "

"Having a kitchen and washer dryer is an expected bonus. We saved money by not having to eat out all the time and wonderful to be able to do laundry. The accommodation is standard but you get a spectacular swimming pool with million dollar view of the sea. The rooms are basic and not luxurious. The walk up the hill to Martinique makes you think twice of what you want to carry up from Woolworth’s. You do get a nice, unintended cardio workout. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended. It’s not a five star resort but it has five star views."

"Room is a nice size, owners are lovely and helpful (including with booking transport to the airport after our stay) and there are no complaints about the lodging itself. Only thing we didn't like is that it is far away from food options and there are very, very few restaurants anywhere in the area that deliver. The info book in the room also does not give any guidance about food delivery. We got dropped off at the property around 7p and without transportation we nearly had to go the night without dinner. "
