"Great place! But no elevator for the levels. I did not see to much facilitys for a handicap! The card that open the doors always has a problem and need to be replaced all the time. The breakfast is a medium and not to much options. I ask the attended to boiled a egg for me and she told me that need to be paid appart of the breakfast. First time that I see this situation. "

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and it has an awesome restaurant with live music on the roof top with a spectacular view of the beautiful city of Andradas! "Minha esposa e eu fomos surpreendidos pelo Quinta das Águas. Não tínhamos grandes expectativas, mas encontramos um local lindo, muito bem cuidado, inclusive nos detalhes e entendemos e vimos os esforços da administração em melhorar pontos ainda a serem cuidados. Agora,,,, a equipe de colaboradores foi um caso a parte, desde a recepção e principalmente no restaurante (comida maravilhosa), fomos tratados de forma extremamente acolhedora. Completamos 28 anos de casados durante a estada e além de...

"O quarto era similar, entretanto tudo estava errado. Muito pó acumulado na TV, na cabeceira da cama, nas paredes, um horror. O ar condicionado não funcionou, o ventilador só funciona se ligar a luz, ou seja, não havia nem ventilação. Tirando o serviço da recepção que foi gentil, o “hotel” não é adequado nem para uma noite. "
