Já foi uma referência em bom atendimento. No jantar não havia opção nenhuma de carne bovina. No check-out não emitem cupom fical no CNPJ, pois o cadastro do hospede é no CPF, dai como opção sugeriu a emissão de uma nota fiscal de serviço para justificar o gasto de produtos, totalmente errado. No Café da manhã a prooridade da sanduicheira é pro uso do gerente não do hospede, pois a mesma abri 3x enquanto meu lanche estava sendo preparado e tirei antes do ponto que gosto, pois a mesma disse ja estava bom. Não questionei para evitar conflitos.

O Hotel tem um amplo estacionamento. Não é coberto, mas oferece muitas vagas. O café da manhã é variado e delicioso. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelas funcionárias. Ficamos num quarto triplo muito bom. O chuveiro é ótimo.

Agradável! Acredito que o Hotel precisa evoluir, mas parece ser muito novo. Sugiro atentar para os insetos … vi vários e eles incomodam… além disso, encontrei coco de lagartixa sobre o travesseiro da cama. É bem verdade que, a atendente foi muito solicita em disponibilizar o quarto antes do horário previsto, mas não poderia de registrar o acontecimento… uma vez que passei os 4 dias preocupado se iria acontecer enquanto eu estivesse dormindo.

Péssimo atendimento no check-in !

Não gostei pela falta de educação do recepcionista que fez meu check-in, pela falta de elevador e pela vista para a parede que me deram, mesmo pedindo vista para a cidade, que todos os quartos do hotel tinha vista para a parede. Para concluir, não tem wifi nos quartos, como o próprio recepcioniata disse: o wifi é horrivel!

Ja estivemos outras vezes no hotel, mas dessa vez a estadia foi decepcionante. O pessoal da recepcao muito mal preparado e nem olhavam na cara da gente. Lencois e fronhas encardidos e toalhas sujas. TV com uma qualidade de imagem pessima e falta uma cortina blackout, pois 5:30h da manha o sol ja entrava no quarto. Nao foi bom dessa vez.
