"We really enjoyed our two-week stay at Hotel The Botanik in Seoul. We had a suite, and it was spacious, with two walk-in closets. It also had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, washer/dryer, and even an interesting clothing "refresher." The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was nice, but the lighting in the bathroom was a little harsh. We did notice that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked them to be, and it seemed that they didn't get cleaned much, if any, while we were there. Overall, though, a great place to stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway just a couple of blocks away. "

"My room was clean and well maintained, comfortable for one person. The location was convenient to get to various trendy neighborhoods due to proximity to the subway and bus stations. I never had to walk more than 2 minutes from the stops. The front desk folks were also extremely helpful with any questions, particularly Maya who checked me in. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Check in staff was kind, but the property and rooms especially need serious renovation and better cleanliness. A member of my party was sick and we could not stay given the condition of the room. The hotel did offer a room change, but based on the state of what we had already seen we declined and went to another hotel. We could not get a refund."
