Great stay
The hotel was nice and the spa on site was great. I had a nice massage. Only thing was I didn’t realize we had booked a French room which was super small but since we were only there for one night it was tolerable.

Friendly staff at this beautiful old hotel. Nice grounds and live music was excellent.

Faulty Towers?
Great location for a trip into the Dolomites. Tired hotel and really shouldn't charge for a swim in the pool! Service OK but over-priced dinner when nearby was excellent Pizza restaurant at half the price.

Nice but Overpriced
Based on other hotels we stayed at in the area, I thought this hotel was overpriced. The room was very small but charming. There is construction going on in the lower level and the trucks made parking tricky. Nice breakfast. About a 10-minute walk into town center. Very quiet area.

The property is very dated, and it needs a major improvement. The room is very small but with a good view. The price is much higher than it should be for a small room in a 2 star hotel.

kind host, first of all she is talking about a villa of 1700, second, you probably chose a budget room, to be able to contain the price, if you had chosen a larger room,you would certainly not be complaining. in any case, to specify our hotel is a 3 star, not two. I invite you to pay more attention to the room you choose when you're making the reservation.

Traditional hotel at the edge of the small town, set in a large garden and offering wide views across the valley. Building an interiors are dated, but all are functioning and efforts are underway for upgrades to facilities. Friendly service, basic breakfast included, easy parking and decent WiFi.

Mycket trevlig personal, särskilt Manuela som gav svar på alla våra frågor. Vi fick dessutom väldigt fina tips från Tanja gällande vandringsleder. Det finns en möjlighet på hotellet gällande laddning av elbil. Då restaurangutbudet är begränsat i Agordo är Villa Imperinas restaurang ett hett tips.

Fantástica ubicación y hotel con encanto, el ambiente art deco muy especial. El restaurante es fantástico y el personal familiar, atento, siempre amable y pendiente de todo. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de renovación, y mejorar mucho en su impacto ambiental, puesa calefacción está desmesuradamente alta Muy recomendable hotel y gran relación calidad precio

Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa su questo hotel. Avevo prenotato tramite Expedia una camera dove era indicata la stanza da 20 metri quadrati. Ci e' poi stata data una camera molto piu piccola e in condizioni davvero decadenti (documentazione fotografica). Il bagno era cosi piccolo che seduta nel wc non avevo posto per le gambe visto che il lavello era cosi vicino. Ho fatto presente di questa discrepanza con ciò che avevo prenotato alla reception e l'unica soluzione che mi e' stata proposta e' stata quella di poter pagare 50 euro in piu (rispetto ai quasi 120 euro gia' spesi per quella stanzìna per una notte) per avere una camera deluxe ma che loro non potevano farci nulla visto che era stato un errore di Expedia (!!!). Avrebbero potuto tranquillamente offrimi invece della deluxe una stanza da 20 metri quadrati come avevo prenotato senza costi aggiuntivi e avrebbero fatto il loro lavoro. Alla sera poi abbiamo deciso di mangiare al ristorante dove nonostante la buonissima volontà' del cameriere...non c'era abbastanza personale e quindi non solo abbiamo aspettato molto per tutto ma anche solamente per chiedere del ketchup per le patatine, siamo arrivati a fine porzione prima di vedere del personale (che scarseggiava). Molto amareggiata d questo soggiorno, scrivo questa recensione per evitare la stessa sorte ad altri potenziali futuri clienti (e sperando che il personale si comporti diversamente in caso di potenziali situazioni analoghe in futuro)

Bon hôtel.
Hôtel plutôt rudimentaires dans un bâtiment assez ancien mais dans un cadre assez exceptionnel. Le confort est tout à fait acceptable même si une rénovation serait bienvenue. Bon restaurant et petit-déjeuner correct. Personnel de restauration très sympathique. Je recommande.

Nice views and quit place.
Staff is super friendly. The Agordo area is very small so it is good for those who seek a quiet place. The view for the mountains around the hotel is amazing.

Schön aussehendes Hotel und guter Lage
Wir konnten unsere Rennräder im Hause unterbringen. Der Manager hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Unser Begleitfahrer konnte nur für sich einchecken, jedoch nicht für uns, es musste persönlich gemacht werden. Die Blicke vom Hotel aus sind beeindruckend. Die Gartenanlage mit Tischen, Stühlen und Liegen ist wirklich schön. Leider ist die Inneneinrichtung längst überholt, auch die Zimmer. Im Bad lösen sich WC-Deckel und -Brille auf! An der Spiegelbeleuchtung ist nur ein Licht von vier gegangen. Das Frühstückbuffet ist akzeptabel.

Bell'albergo in posizione panoramica
Bell'edificio, probabilmente dei primi del 1900, ristrutturato e con il suo parco privato, si affaccia verso una conca panoramica. Personale competente e servizi adeguati, rendono questo hotel veramente gradevole sia per il per chi, come me si è fermato una sola notte, sia per chi vuole fare una vacanza ad Agordo. Ottima e completa anche la colazione.

Ik was er tijdens tussenseizoen en daardoor bijna de enige gast. Daardoor kwam e.e.a. minder tot zijn recht. Hotel heeft wel potentie in beter seizoen.
