"AC works, enough space for 6 people, clean, fast response from support staff. Location is a bit far from the train station by foot, it's more convenient to take a taxi especially if you have luggages."

The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky! All of the staff members we dealt with were polite, helpful & professional. We would definitely stay again when visiting Nagasaki 🇯🇵."

"The room was fantastic. The hot tub had its own floor above the room (might be rough for people with mobility issues) with a spiral staircase leading to it. The hot tub got to a great temperature and was amazing before and after a day of walking. The hotel itself is very very close to the Nagasaki historical areas (peace park, a-bomg museum...) and in a very quiet and respectful area. If you intend to look at the history, I highly recommend staying here."
