Les photos ne révÚlent pas l'état du logement

Le logement se situe dans l'un des pires quartiers d'Agen. Pour preuve, j.ai retrouvĂ© un chat mort dans un sac plastique devant la Pseudo porte d'entrĂ©e. L'hygiĂšne est superficielle, il ne faut pas regarder dans les coins. Le manque de fenĂȘtre donnent une odeur de renfermĂ©. L'Ă©tage est dans un Ă©tat lamentable avec une chambre sans fenĂȘtre oĂč il fait trĂšs chaud. En arrivant tard , mes enfants et ma tante n'ont pas voulu dormir car escalier hyper dangereux pour ma tante de 80 ans et mes enfants avaient trĂšs peur. La salle de bain est trĂšs correcte avec de l'eau chaude et de la pression mais un adulte de 1m60 ne peut pas se redresser car la baignoire est en sous pente. De plus un tiroir du lavabo ne se ferme pas ce qui occasionne une gĂȘne dans l'utilisation. Une ancienne baignoire est laissĂ© Ă  l'abandon Ă  l'Ă©tage Nous avons dĂ» dormir en bas, les personnes les plus ĂągĂ©es c'est Ă  dire mon pĂšre et ma tante 70 et 80 ans dans un lit. Mon fils dans une sorte de matelas style canapĂ© proche du sol. Ma fille de 9 ans dans le canapĂ© d'angle. Enfin moi 40 ans et ma mĂšre 66 ans dans une chauffeuse. Des articles de l'ancienne utilisation du local sont encore prĂ©sents comme un prĂ©sentoir, des volets dans un placard qui aurait pu ĂȘtre transformĂ© en un placard pratique pour le logement. La tĂ©lĂ© le wifi et le dĂ©codeur est apprĂ©ciable. La terrasse peut ĂȘtre hyper agrĂ©able mais des chats laissent leurs passages par des "cadeaux". Le contact avec le vendeur a Ă©tĂ© correct. J'avais pris le logement du jeudi 7 au mardi 12 juillet mais au vu des conditions ci dessus, nous avons pris la dĂ©cision de dormir dans la famille car mes enfants ont Ă©tĂ© traumatisĂ©s. De gros travaux sont nĂ©cessaires pour en faire un logement agrĂ©able. L'achat de linge de maison neuf serait l'idĂ©al. Je dĂ©conseille ce logement et cette plateforme qui ne vĂ©rifie pas la crĂ©dibilitĂ© du logement

L'appartement aurait pu nous convenir mais n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘt Ă  accueillir des vacanciers. Des planches et portes de placard dĂ©montĂ©es posĂ©es contre le mur et non dĂ©barrassĂ©es, aucun placard, aucune Ă©tagĂšre pour poser nos affaires, l'Ă©lectricitĂ© n'est probablement pas aux normes (ma fille a pris une dĂ©charge en allumant l'Ă©clairage de sa chambre), certaines piĂšces de vaisselle Ă©taient trop vĂ©tustes. La tĂ©lĂ© ne fonctionne pas, pas de wifi. Le jardin trĂšs mignon n'est pas du tout amĂ©nagĂ©. C'est dommage, l'appartement pourrait facilement ĂȘtre mieux amĂ©nagĂ©. Son potentiel est trĂšs prometteur.
