"Although it was just one room the layout was so well thought out through that there was plenty of space available. It was well appointed and comfortable and spotless when we arrived. The location was first class in respect of access to facilities in Kaka Point and points of interest."

"Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good). "

"This was a great base camp for exploring the Catlins. Beds were clean and comfortable, although I felt I had to wipe down the kitchen before using it. The property was amazing! Beautiful views of the estuary, a peaceful place to walk in the mornings, and good view of stars at night. "
