"Highly recommend the waterfront rooms. Walk out of your room directly to swimming pool or dock area for a paddle board on Mirror Lake. Walkable to all downtown attractions. Soaking tub with jets a nice treat after a hike."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is by no means a luxury hotel. The rooms are a bit out dated and older, but were exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfy but the full size be is definitely smaller than a normal full. My husband and I slept separately because it would’ve been very uncomfortable to share one bed. If traveling as a family be mindful of that. The only thing that was really terrible were the towels. They are so small and very thin. We pretty much used two towels every time we showered because they were just so tiny. And they don’t provide pool towels as far as I know (none in pool area that I could find) so we had to go back and ask for extra bath towels at the desk. But the pool was very clean and at night with no kids around it was really peaceful. Other than that we think everything was great for the price. Within walking distance to everything, short drive to Bolton landing. Great for people who don’t plan to stay in the room all day. We would stay again!"

"Les aires communes et la chambre sont propres. Il y avait une odeur agréable dans notre chambre. La salle de bain a besoin de rénovation, de même que l’état général de l’hôtel. Les fenêtres ont besoin d’être lavées. La piscine et bain tourbillon sont très appréciés. Le déjeuner était bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix. La dame a l’accueil, lors de l’arrivée était très aimable, celle du départ le lendemain matin, il y manquait un sourire et de la chaleur humaine."

"The hotel looks okay but it has a great potential. The hallways carpet needs to improve. The sitting area and lounge areas are great but I felt something is missing and hardly people were enjoying with drinks. This could be improved a lot with proper management with new ideas. Breakfasts scrambled eggs are missing."
